To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard or Discover account information available. Our goal is to make the program affordable to encourage participation. If you are experiencing financial hardship, we do have a scholarship form that can be submitted on the registration tab on our site. Each submission will be reviewed and evaluated.
